Willem Dafoe is a developer who works at Neenteendo. He joined in 1963 due to being in indentured servitude to the yakuza and was forced to work on games by Goro Majima.
Abuse From Goro Majima[]
He is constantly being abused and insulted by Goro Majima and works under terrible working conditions because he is in indentured servitude to the yakuza for an undisclosed reason. He is overworked due to the fact that Goro Majima makes him do everything at Neenteendo. At one point he tried to work a labor union in Neenteendo headquarters but no one else agreed.
Legacy[]
After the death of Kiryu who was the creator of Neenteendo, Goro Majima cracked down and started forcing Willem Dafoe to develop literally everything Neenteendo makes. Willem Dafoe never gets credited for his work.
Spider-Man (2002)[]
Willem Dafoe auditioned for the role of Green Goblin in the 2002 movie Spider-Man but was rejected. This made him so mad that he decided to make the game Pikkin: Spider-Man Torturer where you play as Heihachi and torture the main character of the movie, Spider-Man
